Why Train With Us?

At Again Faster, we believe that form follows function. As such, we encourage our clients to concentrate on performance-oriented fitness goals. Our fitness goals are never aesthetic, because we believe that losing fat and building muscle are natural by-products of increased athletic performance.

We concentrate on teaching physical skills—running, sprinting, lifting, striking, and throwing. As you become more proficient at each of these skills, you will become a better athlete. Your health will improve, and your body composition will reflect this improvement.

We believe that hard work and dedication are required to achieve your fitness goals. We do not offer any magic pills or outlandish promises, because your progress is entirely in your hands. We will give you the tools you need to achieve your goals, but these tools are useless if they sit idle.

Fitness is fun. We live and breathe exercise, and we constantly seek new ways to express our passion for the pursuit. We train indoors and out, in bad weather and good. We play sports, and when they bore us, we make up our own.

We refuse to submit to the monotony of the machine-based gym culture. You will not be doing the same workout over and over with your Again Faster trainer. Constant variety and excitement ensures that you will remain motivated and make continual progress.

All of our private instruction takes place at the Crossfit Boston facility in Roxbury Crossing, MA. Here, we are part of a wonderful community of dedicated athletes, all at various stages in their training. There is no elitist attitude in this gym—you will be welcomed as a member of our family from Day One.

When you start your training with Again Faster, we perform a full assessment of your needs. You will not be placed in a cookie-cutter program. Everyone starts from a different place in the fitness spectrum, and we honor that fact. We will work with you to develop the basic skills you need to succeed, regardless of your training history.

Nutrition and recovery are essential components of a good fitness program. While we are not nutritionists by trade, we know what works. What you do outside of the gym is as important as what you do in it. We recognize this in all of our training, and we will provide you with the information you need to maximize your progress.

It is time for you to experience the joy that true fitness brings. Contact us at training@againfaster.com, visit us at Crossfit Boston, or stop by our free Sunday Workout Series to schedule an initial consultation and to see our training firsthand. Welcome to Again Faster.

Best,
